My clients typically come from two places...
feeling burnt out and spread thin from being expected to move mountains with limited resources,
or
navigating a plateau in their career or overall life satisfaction—from organizational change to monumental life transitions.
and many others...

My Coaching Process

1)
Take the most accurate, nuanced personality assessment out there.

All of my clients kick off the coaching engagement by taking the iEQ9 Professional Assessment, providing Integrative Enneagram’s most comprehensive 42-page report.  This powerful, scientifically validated framework reveals the core beliefs and motivations shaping your attention and choices, which shape your life, career, and leadership style.

2)
Kickoff 90-minute assessment debrief and discovery coaching session.

The coaching engagement begins with a 90-minute discovery session to bring the details of the 42-page report to life and marry them with your current situation for unique insights into why you are where you are today. We’ll come away with the core development areas and a skeleton for the coaching plan.

3)
Finalize coaching plan with clear milestones and objectives for the engagement.

Having a clear vision is critical for understanding and evaluating decisions during the journey. Following the discovery session, we’ll narrow down the focus of the engagement. You’ll clearly define the engagement goals and connect them to your vision of what success looks like after your last coaching session.

4)
Ongoing 45-minute coaching sessions focused on your growth and objectives.

We’ll meet for 45 minutes at least twice per month to continue moving toward your vision while navigating the tactical challenges and mindest barriers along the way. Your consistent commitment and presence are critical to continuing to build momentum.

5)
Final coaching plan review and sustainability plan for continued post-engagement growth.

I never leave my clients without a plan to maintain the momentum we’ve built together. Before we conclude any engagement, we review the coaching plan and development areas to create a sustainability plan moving forward. We will continue meeting until you’re confident in your go-forward approach, guaranteed.
